These terms govern your use of MonkeyBytes Hosting (Monkey Network). Please read them carefully before using the service.
Summary
- Use the service for lawful Discord bots only
- No malicious, abusive, or illegal activity
- No guarantees of uninterrupted service
Using Monkey Network
By creating an account or using the hosting platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What is allowed
- Hosting Discord bots for personal, community, or educational use
- Backend services a Discord bot genuinely depends on (for example, a Lavalink audio node for a music bot)
- Learning and experimenting with code
- Open-source and personal projects
What is not allowed
- Malware, spam, raids, or abusive automation
- Illegal content or activity
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
- Reselling or redistributing hosting
- Violating Discord's Terms of Service
- Game servers not related to a Discord bot — including but not limited to Minecraft, Terraria, and similar — even where a game-server egg is listed in the panel
- Proxy, VPN, or tunnelling services, or any process whose purpose is to relay third-party traffic through our infrastructure
Uptime and support
We aim for reliable 24/7 service with crash auto-restarts, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Outages or maintenance may occur.
Account actions
We may suspend or remove bots that violate acceptable use or jeopardize platform stability. We will attempt to notify you when feasible.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the content of your bots and any data they process.
