  • We reserve rights to suspend/remove for abuse
Acceptance

Using MonkeyBytes Hosting

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. The service is completely free for users; no payments are collected.

Eligibility

Age and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 to use the service.
  • If local law requires consent for users 16?18, you are responsible for obtaining it.
  • You must provide accurate account information.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, your mandatory consumer rights in those jurisdictions remain unaffected. Unless required otherwise by law, disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptable use

What is allowed

  • Hosting Discord bots and other lawful software/content.
  • Personal, community, educational, or open-source projects.

What is not allowed

  • Illegal content or activity of any kind.
  • Malware, spam, harassment, abusive automation, or DDoS tools.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or excessive resource abuse.
  • Reselling or redistributing the service.
  • For Discord bots: any violation of Discord?s Terms of Service or policies.
Service level

Availability and support

  • Service is provided ?as is? with no warranties or SLA.
  • We may perform maintenance or experience outages.
  • We may suspend or remove bots/accounts immediately for violations or to protect the platform.

Data handling

  • We may delete servers with empty directories when nodes reach capacity; we will notify via the dashboard.
  • You may request deletion of your account/files; we will process reasonable requests.
  • Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability

Limitations

  • We hold no liability for any damages or losses arising from use of the free service.
  • If any future paid feature exists, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues upon receipt of reasonable proof (e.g., transaction ID/receipt).
  • No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Fees

The service is completely free for users; no payments are collected.
